finally I can show you the time schedule for the international fan weekend. I hope you can arrange to participate at all activities and I hope as well that you’re happy with my plans… Now here is the schedule:
Saturday:
12:00 pm – 14:00 pm
Guided city tour
14:15 pm – 14:30 pm
Trip by a ferry boat to Weser-Stadium
14:30 pm – 17:30 pm
Weser-Stadium / Soccermatch Werder – Augsburg
18:00 pm
OstKurvenSaal / Fanparty
Sunday
10:00 am – 11:45 am
Guided stadium tour
12:00 pm – 13:15 pm
Lunch at „Platz 11“
13:30 pm – 17:30 pm
Soccer tournament
In the end the only thing you have to pay for is the guided city tour, the trip by ferry boat and maybe the stadium tour as well. The trip by ferry boat and the stadium tour costs 3,- €. How much the city tour will cost depends on the number of participants but I guess it will cost between 3,50,- € and 5,-€.
Please send me a mail and tell me on which activities you want to participate. You can also contact me if there is another thing you want to do at the weekend.

Yep, that's right. I think it would fit all our needs: plenty of room, beer, smoking room, easy to find, tram station and train station just a few metres away, decent (live) music, ...
