DFB Cup

Hmmm...I guess Sentanta has the league rights but I don't know who could have the cup. I don't think anybody has. But, I guess any sports bar where you can watch Fox Sports or so, there might be a chance. I put my hope on the Chinese and other channels, Turkish channels, a satelite getting German television might also help.

I suggest, even for getting the atmosphere and if you know the players tune into German radio online. http://www.90elf.de or any of the ARD.de radiochannels, maybe Radio Bremen 1 has it too...

I know the language might be hard but you could read the game from the atmosphere and you know the players names...best way for me if I would not get pictures...
 
There are 2 sad news.
Diego goes to Juventus this summer and Werder captain Baumi announced his retirement.How pity:(
Their last match for Werder is DFB Cup.
I hope it will be great farewell match for them(fingers crossed)
 
And 75 minutes left till the final. Except the long term injuries(Merte and Jensen) we can count on all the players. For this reason other result that returning home with the cup will be a disaster.

I want Werder to make me a little sad i can't be tomorrow in MarktPlatz to celebrate in the green-white sea.
 
Same here, only it will be 11PM ... if we win i have 2 possibilities:
- going out to party(lots of Becks) :beer:
- going out with my car so i can drive around Craiova with Lebenslang gruen-weiss cd on max volume :D
 
Hmm, I will have to go in the only one pub here, where I can get Becks (0,3 in the bottle :( ). But I hope there will be reason to do this today :beer:

And also congrats to Bayer! You got it to final! That is good. That is my second team in Bundesliga and Im very sorry for the guys. I almost cried when I saw how Clemens tried to comfort René. Must be hard to see one of you best friends so down and beaten.

The game against Nordhorn should not pose problems but we know that the Cup is always full of surprises, and we also had lots of troubles last two seasons in the first round: a last minute win and a penalty loss against minnows Pirmasens.

The squad that traveled to the german-dutch border is almost perfect: only Mertesacker and Harnik are missing. We watched the match at 2:00 in the morning. Though still sleepy in work now, but my colleagues and I are truly immersed in happy memories. Werder hasn't enough good players to obtain victory at the same time for Champions league, Bundesliga and German Cup , but they hold on till the end. And glory always lives up to the most diligent with the strongest will! Great congratulations on great werder! It's definitely nice to see your smiles!
 
Yeah, a good start of the season.

Let's just hope we continue like that. The road to Berlin has started ... with a win in Berlin.

Yeah,
I am also getting a bit bored with all this test matches.
Sunday's vistory was a very promising start to a
- hopefully - very long season. But let's not fool ourselves :
Berlin had a really bad day and their goalkeeper
was almost as bad as Rensing of Bayern Munich :D

Just 5 days left until the new season starts.

Let's have a :beer: and fingers crossed that we are going

When do the games get decided if they are to be on Tuesday or Wednesday? The flights with Ryanair are 20 euros for a return trip just now (Mon-Wed) so would miss the game if it was on Wednesday. Might just risk losing the 20 Euros but also there is the chance of catching the train to Osnabruck if their game is the Tuesday.
