Important information regarding the international werder day!!

Just one thing: Our logo is quiet detailed due to the many different flag and will be very small and might not be recognizable very well when put at the end of a scarf.
IF we want scarf, we might want to make a different pic. Maybe getting rid of that round thing and putting the flag-waving people in a row on the scarf.
Though the logo should stay anyway, would look GREAT on a shirt!

Actually, that pic of the clown on the example scarfs looks detailes as well... maybe it works after all...
We could leave out some of the text on that logo since there is more space for text on the rest of the scarf :)

I suggest to go with the Shirts and maybe some stickers and forget about the scarves for the given reasons, or maybe just make scarves like that:

-----------------------------------------------------------
--| International Werder <W> Fan Day March 2012 |--
-----------------------------------------------------------

<W> would be the Werder-logo, the scarf of course in green and white (no orange!) :p

I personally prefer scarves to shirts since I do not like the shape of the standard shirts that are normally used for printing.

However, there might simply be not enough time to have the scarves printed...

If we'd like to use the Werder logo, we'd definitely need to get Werder's permission to do so prior to printing anything.

Yeah, that's what I thought but I'm still on the silhouettes anyway and won't get done today since I have a deadline tomorrow

I think I would go for the pins and stickers. Also because I don't think the scarf would be ready for the 23th of march, if it said 2-6 weeks??

So again, since I'm almost done with the silhouettes, is this the final list to this point?

- Scotland
- England
- Sweden
- Russia
- USA
- Finland
- Germany
- Norway
- Chech Republic

Hello,

If there is still space, there is two guys from Finland willing to join the group!

Looking forward to see our first Bremen match and of course few

I am following this forum, but if there is not space do you OPALO have any spare tickets? Prefer standing ticket, and with home fans of course ;)

:tnx:

Always room for more :D The standing tickets will need paid for, the seated ones are free from the fan project (although I've lost count of how many are taking the free seats?!). If Claudia (Opalo) doesn't have any left I have one (maybe two) standing tickets now spare. Will you be able to attend the Paddy's Pit get together on Friday 23rd?

So yeah, I came up with threee logos, raw-form without flags.

First, the one I've already shown you but done now

The one with a round pitch in a middle, but I haven't tried how this one looks with all the colourful flags. Might become too much colour...

A mix of both which might work out just fine as well with all the flags.

Anyway, how do I sort the flags?
random.org? Have a draw? Put symmetrical flags on the botton (which would mostly hit Britain and Scandinavia)? Let Benni throw darts on a map?
Suggestions?

Of course I got the logo in an insanely high quality so that we can print it on busses and stuff! :ugly:

I think we are making an old fashion swop: boose to tickets, with hasenbommel :) So the most important thing is covered.

We are definitely coming to paddys!

We are looking some good mid-range hotel. Any suggestions?

Jaakko

Hi, I would suggest that you send an e-mail to Jermaine at Werder who is organizing the whole week-end, including the tickets for the internationals. Just ask him whether he still has tickets available (he would need to know how many of yours are coming over). At this point, I have between 5 and 8 standing tickets left (13 EUR each) & I will keep them until next week-end. If no-one here tells me definitely that he wants any by Saturday March 10, I will then sell those via the ticketing forum in the German section.

I will not have the time to sell any spare tickets spontaneously at matchday, which is why I would like to sell them as early as next week-end...

Awesome deal.

So what mid-range for you?
There is quiet a few hotels/hostels near the train station.

My parents liked this one: http://www.hotel-haus-bremen-garni.de/

Though it looks a little old-fashioned it was totally fine and might be interesting for you since it's like a 5-10 minute walking distance from the stadium. ;)
City center is easy to reach with the tram.
