When it comes to the flags I'd suggest to take those where participants come from, e.g. split up Union Jack into England & Scotland, Australia and New Zealand aren't represented by folks, but Norway (and Finland?) is, and so on

Well, I'd take your idea and work with it. I like the idea with all the flags, I would just give it some polish because I looooooooove to do logos :grinsen:
