Looking for english speaking Werder Bremen fans living in Bremen

My brother and I run a London based youtube football magazine called Sausages and Caviar - we go to various clubs around europe to make films about them.

Here's a previous episode on Fc Union of Berlin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vd9UDyu8E98

Amazingly, a national newspaper (The Guardian) have asked us to make a few films for them in the build up for the world cup. We plan to follow the path of a footballer who will feature at the WC and visit each of the clubs he has played at.
For the first episode, we're focusing on Per Mertesacker and were wondering if you could help in anyway, maybe help us find interviews with people who could talk about Werder Bremen and Mertesacker's time there?

We would be so grateful for your help, thanks you so much.

I've just watched your videos about Union and Rayo - great work :daumen: Keep it up guys and good luck finding sponsors.

If you are looking for further interesting clubs, try Athletic Bilbao and St. Pauli. Bilbao has a unique philosophy and St. Pauli has great supporters (it's kind of a bigger 1. FC Union).

Cheers!

I recently saw the videos on In Bed With Maradona, so just wanted to say great stuff! I'm not surprised The Guardian would want you on board, though I am hoping you will continue to occasionally give smaller clubs like these a shot at the limelight. :)

Unfortunately I'm Leicestershire-based myself, so can't really help out in that department, but there should be some people from Bremen reading on here. I'm currently also keeping an eye open for English-speaking Bremen supporters for my own project (MSc dissertation) so could make sure to refer you if I come across someone keen and interesting. ;)

I know englishspeaking fans in Bremen, this is no problem. But in gneral, it is possible to find them also randomly everywhere in the city, most people in Bremen speak Englich and support the club.
