I am a big fan of darts and have been watching the European championships from dinslaken. There are two players in the tournament from Bremen. I wonder if darts is popular in Bremen and if there is a darts league in the city?
 
Not that I'm aware of. I'm not living in the city though.

But, I follow the Sport Blitz in the Mediathek of Radio Bremen (go to Kategorien and pick the option at the bottom of the scroll-down menu) which features Werder and other sporting events or personalities important for sports in the city. So far darts have not been mentioned. But that could change.

The two players from Bremen are Andree Welge and Thomas "Shorty" Seyler, both are fans of Werder Bremen, nice guys.
There are several darts-leagues, you´ll find further information here.
